How we handle your data
What we store
When you join CMGM, we keep your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and handicap on file. That's it. We use this information to coordinate events — things like knowing who's registered, how to reach you with updates, and how to put together fair pairings.
How we use email
We send you emails when something relevant happens: event invitations, registration confirmations, reminders before an event, and pairing announcements. These are sent through a third-party email service on our behalf. You won't receive marketing emails or newsletters — just the stuff that matters for the events you're part of.
Third-party sharing
We don't share your data with third parties. Your information stays within CMGM and is only used for running events and keeping in touch with members.
Deleting your data
If you'd like us to remove your information, just send an email to tim@cmgm.golf and we'll take care of it. No hoops to jump through — ask and it's done.
